As your Orthodontist, our team will treat you as if you are a member of our family in our facility. Dr. Karkuri graduated with honors from Garyounis University College of Dentistry Libya and earned his Bachelor in Dental Surgery degree in 2006. After working for three years as a General Dental practitioner, he continued to pursue his dream of becoming a specialist in Orthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry and graduated with a specialty degree in 2015. Later that year, he became board certified in Orthodontics.He has 13 years of clinical practice experience in various settings, 10 of those years were dedicated to being a specialist in Orthodontics, which gives him the clinical experience to take care of complex Orthodontic cases with various techniques, including Invisalign, Traditional and Clear braces. With his knowledge, clinical skills, compassion, and the care of our staff–we will strive to give you the best dental experience.
Dr. Christina Blacher graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. She is most passionate about Invisalign and cosmetic treatments, and she has extensive training in the growing field of dentistry and stays up to date with the latest advances in dental technology.
Dr. Blacher is a Platinum Invisalign Provider. She is a global faculty member and keynote speaker for Invisalign, and a fellow and board member for the American Academy of Clear Aligners. She was voted Best Dentist for D Magazine and is a mentor to other dental offices. She is well known for her Instagram page @queenofinvisalign to share her insights into Invisalign as a general dentist.
Dr. Blacher became a dentist to change lives, including the lives of other dentists, team members, and most importantly, her patients. She prides herself on creating a positive professional community united to help one another. Dr. Blacher lives in Prosper, TX with her husband Jonathan and their chocolate lab, Olive.
Dr. Pat grew up in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He graduated from McNeese State University and then attended Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated in 1980 and practiced in the Houston area for over 30 years. Just recently he relocated to Frisco, Texas with his wife Nina of 40 years to enjoy more time with his two sons, their wives and four granddaughters. Dr. Pat enjoys the outdoors, especially golf, and has just recently been certified in scuba diving. Though he is from Louisiana he has always been a diehard Cowboys fan since their inception!
Dr. Pat makes continuing education a priority. He has extensive training in TMD/Comprehensive Dentistry from the L.D. Pankey Institute and hundreds of hours in continuing education for Orthodontics and Invisalign. He holds a Level II Sedation Permit to aid in the comfortable treatment of dentistry to all types of patients. Dr. Pat treats everyone as if they’re his family, so he looks forward to your dental visit where he can help you with all your dental needs.
Dr. Destinie Carroll is a native of St. Martinville, Louisiana. As a teenager she had the opportunity to undergo Orthodontic treatment, which sparked her interest in dentistry. She attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She was accepted into Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry where she received a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. She resides in Pearland, Texas where she can be close to family and enjoy their love and her life.
Being from Louisiana hospitality has been instilled in Dr. Carroll. She believes that the world can be changed one smile at a time and welcomes each patient with her brightest smile. Her goal is to always provide sincere, loyal, and quality care to each patient. Dr. Carroll is a member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Mona Stone is not only an esteemed oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing full scope surgery, she is a public speaker, an activist, philanthropist and the cofounder to the grassroots organization Real Heroes Need Masks.
After receiving her dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, she went on to do a year of internship at Truman Medical Center and then a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Broward General Medical Center.
Dr. Stone practices the full scope of the specialty, including maxillofacial pathology, dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, maxillofacial reconstruction, microvascular surgery, facial cosmetic surgery and trauma surgery. She is also an attending surgeon at Baylor Medical Center Grapevine, Irving and at Methodist Hospital.
In addition to her role in the community, she is the mother of two beautiful children, Max and Sofia, an avid supporter of motor sports and Formula 1, and a TikTok creator and social media activist.
