Excellent and thorough cleaning and service
Very nice, no complaints. The assignment was nice and made sure I was okay the whole time. The doctor was funny and very understanding.
I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years due to severe dental anxiety. However, I had to give in due to some mouth pain and sensitivities that popped up about a week ago. I looked thru my insurance and found . My 11yo daughter also goes there and loves it, so I thought I'd give it a try. I made my appointment online the night before for the next day at 8am. I had had an appointment prior but had to miss it due to me being sick. I had filled out all the paperwork then...or so I thought. So, I filled it all out again. The wait was short. The front desk guy, Jesus was so nice! Then, I am pulled back, shaking, severe anxiety only to be told I need to cover over $1500 today. 😳😳😳 Jesus was nice enough to give me multiple financing options to help me pay. If one didn't work, he'd send me the link for the other one, which I found odd, but whatever. Once I'm back in the chair, an angel came to me...her name was Vicki, and she was my dental assistant. She said she's been doing it for 42 years!! I told her everything. I never felt judged or criticized. Vicki offered to hold my hand, she rubbed my arm when he was shooting up my mouth with lidocaine, and continued to ask me if I was ok thru out the procedure. She was patient, compassionate, conscientious, and just all around nice. The calm aura she has is AMAZING! I felt calm for the first time in a dentist office, and I'm 50! (I have had to have Ativan in the past!) She kept me updates on everything going on behind the scenes. Vicki is amazing, and I told her she was stuck with me from now on! My experience was good. After reading back thru all the reviews, I now wonder if they WAY overcharged me, but it was totally worth it! Thank you Teasley!! I'll see you again soon!
