I have been coming to this location for 5 years now. I have always been happy with the care I receive. They have taken care of my many dental issues in a professional manner with my comfort in mind. They have always been able to squeeze me in when I have emergency issues as well. Happy with my service.

***follow up June 5th, 2024*** Thank you for reaching out and for the feedback and clarification provided. I value ownership of miscommunication (from both parties, clinic and us) Roberto I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ideal Dentist Stone Oak. My family had a Saturday appointment on June 1st scheduled for 10am for my two daughters, which was confirmed via text message 24 hours prior. We arrived at 9:55am, only to be told that our appointment was actually at 9am. We even showed the front desk staff the confirmation text with a May 29th timestamp proving our appointment time was indeed at 10am. Despite the clear evidence of their mistake, the front desk staff was unhelpful and simply rescheduled us for another day. This was incredibly inconvenient as Saturday appointments are the best option for my family and are very hard to book. This error disrupted our entire weekend plans. Moreover, the front desk staff exhibited a significant lack of customer service skills, and the clinic overall seemed understaffed. I strongly recommend that the management improve their appointment scheduling system and train their staff better in customer service to avoid such issues in the future. No need to contact me but if you would like, you have my info in your system. Roberto
