What a great experience! I usually hate going to the dentist but this was the most comfortable experience i’ve ever had. Ella assisted me in setting up my appointment and was so thorough in explaining my insurance benefits to me and was the first to greet me as soon as I came in. When I was checking in the manager Doel was also there and was very conversational! Sway did my initial scans and explained everything to me and then my assistant was Maira, she was so gentle and it felt like she cared if I was comfortable during my visit. Dr. Michael Williams was amazing! he listened to my concerns and was honest about what I need to get done. This office was amazing and made me feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a dentist that listens and they offer saturday appointments which is a huge bonus!

This is a real honest review, the office was brand new, and very nice , plenty of parking, state of the art facility. When I check in they took me right in the back. I can't stand sitting in a Dr lobby for 30 minutes after a set appoinment. The Dr came in to the operating room, gave me his suggestion, and I said "let's do it", and they didn't try to up sell me, on something I didn't need like most Dentist in Winter Park. He was very gentle, and worked on me for 2 straight hours. That's why I gave him a 5 star reveiw.!

I had an amazing experience at this office, I felt very comfortable with the doctor & his assistants sway & maira! Very knowledgeable & provide exceptional care. The whole staff was very friendly & funny as well lol. I was nervous before I walked in but when I sat down & was greeted by Dr. Williams friendly smile, I knew I was in good hands! He cleaned my cavities with no numbing! I didn’t feel a thing & I didn’t have to be numb all day after the fillings! I highly recommend this office. :)
This is one of the best dental offices I’ve been too in a long time! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Williams & Sway were absolutely amazing & did the best to ensure my comfort, I will definitely recommend my friends & family to this office. 5 STARS!!
