My husband and I are full-time rv'ers from North Carolina. Prior to arriving in Amarillo we began experiencing teeth issues which needed immediate attention. I (the wife) obtained my wonderful & reasonable Plan while wintering in Florida. We arrived in Amarillo and I Googled in Amarillo; there were 2. I viewed each . I picked the Wolflin Avenue location specifically because it showed the names of the 2 Dentists at their location. I called for an appointment and though they were booked for the week, the kind and caring person I spoke with after explaining both our issues, gave us an appointment the following morning. I easily completed their patient paperwork online. (My records from Florida were being transferred to them). Since my husband wanted the plan also, the caring young lady guided me through the website as to where to find the very reasonable plans. Arriving at the Wolflin Avenue Amarillo we were welcomed by a friendly staff. When our names were called we were welcomed again and escorted to our exam rooms. I was then asked about my issues by the Dental assistant, she was caring and kind. She took some x-rays and the dentist arrived shortly thereafter. Dr. Jay B. Rigby, DMD listened to my issue, asked questions, shared what needed to be done ( caring about the health of me and my teeth). I agreed to the very reasonable cost, and Dr. Rigby began the procedure. I felt no pain (Dr. Rigby insured he would check to make sure I was numbed good). The procedure went very smoothly and my very painful issue I had been experiencing for 6 weeks prior wad fixed. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for this location on Wolflin Avenue in Amarillo, Texas. I highly recommend and would definitely return again should we pass this way again on our RV. Jocelyn was great for my first visit with this dental group. Dr Maegdan was very careful and explained everything as he was examining and then as he was numbing my gums for the extensive cleaning!
Good prices and better hours than most dentist offices. However their scheduling software is terrible. Calls, texts and still have appointments not scheduled right.
The staff members were extremely polite and welcoming.
It was a wonderful experience hearing what could be done for me. I feel blessed . Everyone was gracious. The Doctor made sense to me. I’m so excited to see what’s planned for me. I can’t eat and I lost my smile many years ago due to addiction. No judgement. Just kindness. I’ll keep you posted. Here is a picture of me now.
