I’m so glad I found and that it is so close to my house. The receptionist was very pleasant and assisted me and my son on setting both of our appointments very quickly. Once we arrived we noticed that the office is quite nice with state of the art equipment. The doctor was awesome! He explained in detail how he was going to address a couple of cavities he found and he proceeded to complete the work without causing any pain and constantly checking along the way that I was comfortable during the procedure. Needless to say that this will be my dentist from now on. Thank you !

I went to with a broken tooth. I was told that I would need a root canal and temporary crown procedure to solve the problem. I was very pleased with the work that was done. The staff is very friendly and professional. Also, Kyle who works at the front desk was very informative.

I value ownership of miscommunication (from both parties, clinic and us) Roberto I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ideal Dentist Stone Oak. My family had a Saturday appointment on June 1st scheduled for 10am for my two daughters, which was confirmed via text message 24 hours prior. We arrived at 9:55am, only to be told that our appointment was actually at 9am. We even showed the front desk staff the confirmation text with a May 29th timestamp proving our appointment time was indeed at 10am. Despite the clear evidence of their mistake, the front desk staff was unhelpful and simply rescheduled us for another day. This was incredibly inconvenient as Saturday appointments are the best option for my family and are very hard to book. This error disrupted our entire weekend plans. Moreover, the front desk staff exhibited a significant lack of customer service skills, and the clinic overall seemed understaffed. I strongly recommend that the management improve their appointment scheduling system and train their staff better in customer service to avoid such issues in the future. I had the best experience at Pembroke Pines from the moment I booked my appointment. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Juresich made my Invisalign treatment easy and pain free, and was extremely professional and compassionate. I highly recommend everyone to make an appointment!
