Dr. Karkuri graduated with honors from Garyounis University College of Dentistry Libya and earned his Bachelor in Dental Surgery degree in 2006. After working for three years as a General Dental practitioner, he continued to pursue his dream of becoming a specialist in Orthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry and graduated with a specialty degree in 2015. Later that year, he became board certified in Orthodontics.He has 13 years of clinical practice experience in various settings, 10 of those years were dedicated to being a specialist in Orthodontics, which gives him the clinical experience to take care of complex Orthodontic cases with various techniques, including Invisalign, Traditional and Clear braces. With his knowledge, clinical skills, compassion, and the care of our staff–we will strive to give you the best dental experience.
Dr. Varun Kulkarni has served as a Faculty for Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Midwestern University. Currently a full-time private practitioner, Dr. Kulkarni combines his teaching abilities and clinical skills to deliver exceptional patient care. Additionally, Dr. Kulkarni has published over 50 articles in Immunology, Periodontology, Implant surgery, Oral Surgery, Esthetic, and Plastics surgery and has presented numerous lectures and surgical demonstrations. He has also lectured nationally and internationally on dental implants and periodontal procedures. He also serves on the Editorial Boards of many peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Kulkarni is the recipient of the Distinguished Nobel Biocare Fellowship and Straumann Implant Fellowship.
Dr. Nicholas Breig is deeply committed to providing the highest level of Oral Surgery services with empathy and compassion- traits that have been implanted over many years of advanced training. After graduating through an accelerated route with a BS in Biology from Brigham Young University, his studies took him to the Bay Area, where he attended dental school at UCSF attaining his dental degree (DDS). His interests in medicine and oral surgery took him to Southern California, where he received his medical degree (MD) from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He then completed an internship in General Surgery with a focus on surgical oncology, trauma surgery, and critical care. Following this, Dr. Breig returned to dentistry to refine his skills in full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including complex dental extractions, dental implant surgery, and general anesthesia. During his final year of training, he served as Chief Resident under nationally renowned surgeons. After his rigorous training, Dr. Breig joined the Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in Santa Clara as a Senior Physician in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department, specializing in reconstructive jaw surgery. At Stanford University School of Medicine, he held an academic appointment and actively trained residents in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He also held an academic appointment at Loma Linda University in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During this time, he achieved diplomate status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Breig is a proud 5-Palm Eagle Scout, speaks the Thai language fluently, has completed two marathons and a 50km ultramarathon, loves spending time with his wife and son, and loves all water sports. His favorite book is The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. He is from Yorba Linda, California.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Doan has always had a passion for dentistry and patient care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin before further refining his skills in Dental Laboratory Science at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He then pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.
Dr. Doan is dedicated to providing high-quality dentistry with a focus on patient comfort and lasting relationships. Recognized as one of Incisal Edge Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 Dentists in America and featured in Lifestyle Frisco, he stays at the forefront of dental advancements, integrating innovative techniques and technology into his practice. He also shares his expertise with other dentists nationwide through study clubs and speaking engagements.
Outside the office, Dr. Doan enjoys traveling, rock climbing, and embracing the great outdoors. He was also a contestant on the TV game show American Ninja Warrior!

Dr. Noopur Shah grew up in Ahmedabad. She earned her degree in BDS at Pacific Dental College and Hospital and her DMD at UAB school of Dentistry. Dr. Shah entered her field to help patients improve their oral health and get them out of pain. She enjoys connecting with her patients and creating a comfortable atmosphere for them. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is being able to transform smiles. Outside of the office, Dr.Shah enjoys travelling, reading novels , playing boardgames and enjoying company of her 2 cats, Cashew and Bleu.
Dr. Mona Stone is not only an esteemed oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing full scope surgery, she is a public speaker, an activist, philanthropist and the cofounder to the grassroots organization Real Heroes Need Masks.
After receiving her dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, she went on to do a year of internship at Truman Medical Center and then a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Broward General Medical Center.
Dr. Stone practices the full scope of the specialty, including maxillofacial pathology, dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, maxillofacial reconstruction, microvascular surgery, facial cosmetic surgery and trauma surgery. She is also an attending surgeon at Baylor Medical Center Grapevine, Irving and at Methodist Hospital.
In addition to her role in the community, she is the mother of two beautiful children, Max and Sofia, an avid supporter of motor sports and Formula 1, and a TikTok creator and social media activist.
