Dr. Stephanie Wakefield grew up in Frisco,Texas. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology at George Mason University, her Master's Degree in Toxicology at Colorado State University and DDS at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Wakefield entered the dental field because she believes in transforming smiles and restoring confidence, one patient at a time. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is the profound impact it allows her to make in patients' lives, fostering not just healthy smiles, but also nurturing trust, comfort, and lasting well-being.
Outside of the office, Dr. Wakefield unleashes her inner strength through Olympic weight-lifting, savors unforgettable moments with loved ones and friends, and embarks on thrilling adventures to discover the latest and greatest coffee spots around town!
Dr. Praveen Parachuru received his Certificate in the specialty of Periodontics from the
University of Minnesota at Minneapolis. He pursued his PhD (Immunology of Periodontal
disease) from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
Dr. Parachuru offers exceptional service in surgical procedures like periodontal plastic surgery,
bone regeneration, dental implant placements, sinus grafting, minimally invasive soft tissue
regeneration using fibrin-rich platelets from blood drawn from the patients, along with treatment
of aggressive and chronic periodontal (gum) diseases. As certified personnel to administer oral
and IV sedation, he focuses on providing a calm and relaxing experience to the patients during
surgical procedures. Dr Parachuru is a tireless advocate for good periodontal health and more so
since it links with heart disease and its complications. Professionally he is dedicated to having
his patients maintain good oral care while also delivering excellent quality treatment to create the
healthy and esthetic smile they desire. Dr Parachuru has a warm and approachable demeanor and
can patiently explain every patient with the options and provide the best required treatment.
Saving teeth is his priority but if it just impossible he will always present the best, most modern
alternatives available for his patients in Dallas.
Dr. Parachuru has received multiple grants and scholarships throughout his career. He was a
three-time finalist to the prestigious ‘American Academy of Periodontology Foundation
Educator scholarship’ a national award from 2017-2019.
Dr. Parachuru is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology.
Dr Parachuru’s main research interest is in “Immunopathology of Periodontal disease” and has
been working on it for more than a decade. His work has been presented at various international
conferences and has authored many articles that were published in many prominent peer
reviewed scientific journals. He is also recipient of multiple research grants.
Dr Parachuru is born and raised in India and later moved to New Zealand in 2008 before
relocating to USA in 2017. He has practiced and taught periodontics in India, New Zealand and
United States. He is an avid fan of cricket specially team India and also “All Blacks” the rugby
team of New Zealand. During his free time, he loves to play badminton and watch Bollywood
movies. Someday he hopes to hike up to the base camp of Mount Everest. He loves hiking with
his wife and two daughters.
Dr. Nedda Hifeda’s outstanding clinical skills and combined with unique dental research experience using the most advanced technology in Endodontics, led her to be increasingly recognized as a clinician and researcher.
Dr. Nedda Hifeda attended Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. She also decided to pursue her dream of becoming an Endodontist by completing a two-year Postgraduate Endodontic Specialty Residency. Dr. Hifeda’s priority is to provide the best quality care to all her guests in the most comfortable environment using her unique training in the field.
Outside of the office, Dr. Nedda Hifeda loves to spend time with her husband and four children. As a family, they enjoy baking, watching movies, and playing at the park.
Dr. Pedersen was born in Iowa, but grew up in the small town of Dunlap, Illinois. After graduating high school, he returned to Iowa where he received a B.A. in Biological Chemistry at Grinnell College. Dr. Pedersen then moved to Washington DC to attend Georgetown College for a Masters in Tumor Biology with an emphasis on oral cancer research. Shortly after completing his M.S., he moved to Chicago where he attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Dr. Pedersen then attended an Orthodontics specialty residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York, NY for three years, learning multiple approaches to early interceptive and comprehensive treatment styles.Dr. Pedersen is very passionate about orthodontics and loves being able to make his patients proud of their smiles. After completing orthodontic treatment as a preteen, he realized the positive impact that aligned teeth had on his self-confidence. This, in turn, inspired him to share that joy with others as a career. Since completing his training in Orthodontics, Dr. Pedersen has helped hundreds of patients improve their smile aesthetics. For Dr. Pedersen, it’s not just about transforming a smile, he strives to deliver the best clinical care to improve his patient’s quality of life. Dr. Pedersen is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics and actively attends continuing education courses to stay in tune with new research and advanced treatments in the orthodontic field.
Dr. Mona Stone is not only an esteemed oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing full scope surgery, she is a public speaker, an activist, philanthropist and the cofounder to the grassroots organization Real Heroes Need Masks.
After receiving her dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, she went on to do a year of internship at Truman Medical Center and then a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Broward General Medical Center.
Dr. Stone practices the full scope of the specialty, including maxillofacial pathology, dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, maxillofacial reconstruction, microvascular surgery, facial cosmetic surgery and trauma surgery. She is also an attending surgeon at Baylor Medical Center Grapevine, Irving and at Methodist Hospital.
In addition to her role in the community, she is the mother of two beautiful children, Max and Sofia, an avid supporter of motor sports and Formula 1, and a TikTok creator and social media activist.
