Dr. Karkuri graduated with honors from Garyounis University College of Dentistry Libya and earned his Bachelor in Dental Surgery degree in 2006. After working for three years as a General Dental practitioner, he continued to pursue his dream of becoming a specialist in Orthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry and graduated with a specialty degree in 2015. Later that year, he became board certified in Orthodontics.He has 13 years of clinical practice experience in various settings, 10 of those years were dedicated to being a specialist in Orthodontics, which gives him the clinical experience to take care of complex Orthodontic cases with various techniques, including Invisalign, Traditional and Clear braces. With his knowledge, clinical skills, compassion, and the care of our staff–we will strive to give you the best dental experience.
Dr. Syed Hussain grew up in the southeast asian nation of Brunei. He completed his high school and completed his Bachelor in Dental Surgery (BDS) in Pakistan. He worked as a clinical instructor at Fatima Jinnah Dental College, Karachi, Pakistan, while also working as an associate in private practice.In the United States, Dr. Hussain earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He practiced in Boston for over three years before moving to Texas, which he now calls home. Dr. Hussain enjoys most about dentistry, helping his patients find and maintain the right solution for their oral health issues. He is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including oral surgery, endodontics, and implant dentistry. Outside of work, Dr. Hussain loves spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Dr Andrew Kim has provided optimal oral health care to patients with a focus in Periodontics and Implantology since 2009. He completed a 3-year full-time residency at University of Southern California, Los Angeles in Advanced Periodontics and completed a Masters of Science degree in Craniofacial Biology. Dr. Kim received his dental school education at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, San Francisco.
Dr. Kim is an expert in advanced treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures to aesthetically enhance smiles, and dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth. Dr. Kim has lectured nationally and internationally in the topics of implantology, implants in the aesthetic area, cosmetic soft tissue plastic surgery, and periodontal treatment.
He believes in approaching cutting-edge periodontal services with personalized care to create an excellent patient experience. He has surgically placed thousands of dental implants and conducted the most advanced surgical procedures. He enjoys getting to know his patients, happy to answer questions regarding treatment expectations and recovery. He understands that receiving periodontal treatment can be intimidating and focuses on maximizing patient comfort.
During his personal time, Dr. Kim enjoys traveling, sailing, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Chavda is a native Houstonian. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training in Washington, DC at Howard University Hospital and its affiliated hospitals, including Washington Hospital Center, DC VA, and Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Chavda had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Jeffrey C. Posnick, a pioneer in craniofacial and orthognathic surgery. He has published multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Chavda practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with an emphasis on out-patient anesthesia and dentoalveolar procedures, including wisdom tooth removal and dental implants.
