The Ideal Dental Story

It was my first day at Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, and I sat in a lecture hall crowded with 150 newly-matriculated students. The dean gave his welcome speech and asked which field we’d choose once we became dentists. He listed off the specialties, and I watched as my classmates raised their hands one by one.

I didn’t raise my hand because I didn’t know exactly where I belonged…yet. What was growing in me was a vision of sharing an office with these promising professionals - with different specialties all under one roof. What if there was a one-stop shop for dentistry? And what would it be like to keep the guest at the center of the experience? The seed of Ideal Dental was planted that day.
